The situation inside Iran is escalating very fast. We have the Iranian president calling out the IRGC because of an attack on UAE. He’s saying that he didn’t even know about that attack. And in response, we now have the United States moving an insane amount of equipment and weaponry into the UAE, possibly preparing for a response.

And on top of all this, there are now explosions happening all over the coast of Iran, specifically on the coast that borders the straight of Hermoose. So, let’s get into all this. Per Iran International, President Pescozan is reportedly furious that the IRGC launched the missile and drone strikes on the UAE without the government’s knowledge or coordination.
Pescoin called the strategy of escalating with Iran’s Gulf neighbors madness and warned of potential reversible consequences. This is the most explicit confirmation yet that the IGC is operating outside the Iranian government’s control. Now, important to point out here that roughly a week into the war, Iranian president actually publicly apologized to Gulf neighbors on video.
But after that, IC put a lot of pressure on him and he retracted the apology. But we had that apology on video, him apologizing to everyone else, basically admitting that Iran knows what it’s doing is wrong, but they don’t see any other way the regime survives. So they are basically carrying out terrorist attacks.
Nonetheless, let’s continue with the report. Foreign Minister Aragoti negotiating in Pakistan while the IRGC sees their ships in Hermus. Peskojan publicly calling for diplomacy while the IRGC publicly threatens to sink US vessels. And now the IRGC striking Imirati targets without allegedly telling Iranian president.
If the IRGC keeps acting unilaterally, Iran is going to be in another war regardless of what negotiators say at the table. Now from IRGC’s point of view, they believe they have to do something. They had to do something yesterday because they were losing control of the straight of Hermoose. The shipping company MK announces that it has crossed the straight of Hermoose with American escort without disturbance.
This happened because of operation freedom where US Navy is helping ships that are stuck in Persian Gulf get out of the straight of Hermus cross back out to the international waters and go on with their business, get back home. Some of these ships have been stuck for more than 60 days now, more than 2 months. They are running out of supplies and that’s why something had to be done.
The US Navy also confirmed that two destroyers, the USS Tronston and USS Mason, successfully crossed the street of Hermoose yesterday under heavy fire. The destroyers backed up by fighters and A864s were attacked by a sustained barrage of Iranian small boats, missiles, and drills. And guess what? The US Navy took care of those Iranian boats. Let me show you what I mean.
This is something President Trump himself also confirmed with this tweet. Iran has taken some shots at unrelated nations with respect to the ship movement Project Freedom, including a South Korean cargo ship. Perhaps it’s time for South Korea to come and join the mission. We have shot down seven small boats or as they like to call them fast boats. It’s all they have left.
Other than the South Korean ship, there has been at this moment no damage going through the straight. Secretary of War Pete Hexet and the Chairman of Joint Chief of Staff Dan Kaine will have a news conference tomorrow morning. Now, I’m recording this on Monday night and news conference is on Tuesday morning.
So, I should have a second video coming out tomorrow. But we should learn more information as to what happened Monday exactly because from the reports we are getting from news agencies, there’s a lot of talk about UAE getting attacked and one of their ports, the only port they have for oil shipments being on fire.
But through his statements, President Trump is trying to underplay exactly what happened. As in, he’s not really mentioning the fact that what Iran just did is a clear violation of the ceasefire that has been ongoing for roughly 3 weeks now. Not sure if this means that there’s progress being made behind the scenes or if this is some kind of bluff because if we see the satellite maps, it seems like a lot of traffic is moving into Gulf countries, especially US bases in the Gulf countries.
Seems like US is reloading for something. But based on the statement coming out from the administration, you would think that hey, nothing wrong. Iran did nothing wrong at all. Now, we’ll talk about all the military movements in just a second. But before that, let me show you this statement from central command commander Admiral Brad Cooper.
He talks about the true destroyers that went into the straight of Hermoose and what exactly happened. Take a listen.
“The cruise missiles were going after both US Navy ships, but mostly after commercial shipping. Uh we defended both ourselves and consistent with our commitment, we defended all the commercial ships. Uh we’ve had uh drone launches against uh commercial ships, all of which were defended against consistent with our commitment. And then the small boats were all going against commercial ships. Uh and all were sunk by Apaches and Seahawk helicopters.”
Then as if this wasn’t bad enough already, we also got some reports of numerous explosions happening in CASM and Band Abbas ports in southern Iran.
So this report is actually coming from this major journalist Iranian journalist Telegram channel where a lot of Iranians send him news about what’s happening inside. He has ways of still connecting to some people. As you guys know, 99% of Iranians actually don’t have internet. But take a look at this message that he was getting around 4:00 a.m.
Iranian time last night. 4:16. There was a explosion heard in Horzan. Then we had two explosions in Casm, then Bandar Abbas, then Bandar Abas, then we had multiple different explosions happening within three minutes of each other. Clearly something was happening. And this was happening on the islands and the ports that Iran has in the straight of Hermoose near straight of Hermoose and of course near the Gulf of Oman.
Then just before that we had insane amount of US refueler tankers. So aerial tankers flying off of US bases in the Middle East and going into UAE, a country that Iran attacked yesterday. And I really mean this was truly unprecedented. Roughly 40 tankers took off from Israel on Monday and six more took off as we went into Tuesday.
Um roughly 30 minutes into Tuesday right now and six of them have taken off in just 30 minutes for Tuesday. This is one of those things that probably doesn’t mean a lot if we just look at this if this was happening as an isolated incident. But if you combine this with Iran attacking the UAE yesterday morning and then on top of that, if you combine it with some of the reports that are coming out from Israeli media, it does seem like that an escalation is coming.
And maybe it’s not even an escalation because it was Iran who started this war. They’re the one attacking UAE and there has to be a response. Here’s what Israeli media is saying. US and Israel are considering hitting Iranian missile launchers and an energy facility in response to the Iranian attack on the UAE.
Then on top of that, we have UAE implementing online classes for their schools and other programs from May 5th to 8th. Maybe they’re expecting more attacks from Iran or they’re expecting something else. Now, yesterday, President Trump did give a couple of interviews. He really avoided the UAE attack talk, so he didn’t really mention them at all, but he did talk about Iran.
So, let’s go over some of the clips as to what he said. Take a listen.
“But, you know, they have a problem coming up because they have uh it’s a very explosive situation in a lot of different ways. You know, their oil when you turn off the oil underground and the mechanical too, but underground has a tendency in in like almost 100% of the cases to literally explode and just destroy everything around it. And you can never get that oil again. In other words, you can get back 30 to 40%. But it can never be like it is right now. It does tremendous damage to the oil system in a country if that happens.”
Now, Mr. President, last time you were on,
“they’ve run out of areas for storage.”
Oh, yeah.
“And they say that in two weeks, you know, when they talk about time, in two weeks, they’re going to have an a natural explosion of their oil that’s going to make it impossible for them to really recover from.”
Then he also talks about the red lines, the US red lines that we are putting forth in the negotiations. Negotiations are behind the scenes right now. That’s what it looks like. But when the deal is announced, we’ll know what is being negotiated. Hopefully that happens soon. But here’s President Trump talking about the red lines. Take a listen.
“Do we have to get back the highlyenriched uranium? Is that a red line for a deal?”
“Yes, we do.”
“Do they have to cap their missile production?”
“And by the way, from from a standpoint of value, it’s not very valuable. Probably can’t be used. they may not be able to get it because you know despite they love to say oh maybe these great pilots didn’t do their job in the dead of night at 1:00 in the morning with no moon every single bomb went down those air shafts it’s the most incredible totally you know I use the word obliterated and the atomic energy commission agreed with me so people don’t even know if you can get it and by the way if they could have gotten it they would have gotten it was that was one of the great military maneuvers ever I agree. It’s glowing dust, but I’d like to get it back so that they can’t be tempted.”
“Is that part of your red lines? They got to give that back to”
“No, we want it back. We want it back.”
“How about is it a red line that they have to cap their missile program and have intrusive inspections cuz I don’t trust them.”
“You have to you have to look a little bit like at the neighbors. You know, they can’t have uh less than, you know, they say, ‘Well, what about other people?’ Look, missiles are bad. Uh but yeah, and they do have to cap it. But this is about they cannot have a nuclear weapon.”
Now there’s something else that also happened that was a bit interesting. We had Senator Lindsey Graham who’s been very big supporter of this war publicly saying that maybe the United States should start arming Iranian people who are against the regime.
This is something we’re talking about at the start of the war because we had some reports relating to this where the United States was going to give guns to the Kurds who were going to pass it on to you know protesters inside of Iran. Well, now this narrative is coming back. So, take a listen.
“We don’t need American boots on the ground. We’ve got millions of boots on the ground in Iran. They just don’t have any weapons. Give them the weapons so they can rise up like we did to destroy this regime. A Second Amendment solution, I think, would go a long way to ending this war.”
And President Trump was asked about this when he did his interview, and this is what he said. Take a listen.
“So, it comes back, most of it comes back into the United States. Well, the people of Iran, so look, if they had guns, which they don’t have, if they had guns, you know, guns were sent and other people took those guns. If they had guns, they would fight back. I’m convinced of that. But, you know, you can’t have an unarmed population against people with AK-47s, and stand there, even if you have 250,000 people. So, you know, you started off by asking me, would I like to see them? And I’m very torn on it because they lost 42,000 people in the first two weeks. I don’t really want to see that. They have to have guns and I think they’re getting some guns. As soon as they have guns, they’ll fight like like as good as anybody there is. But when you have people that are armed and you know, they have very good weapons on the other side. Now, they’ve been depleted. A lot of the people fighting don’t want to fight anymore. They’re not getting paid anymore from what I’m hearing because we have we have obliterated them like in the military. We’ve done the same thing.”
Now to understand why Iran is behaving the way it’s behaving right now, we have to go back and look at how Iran got to where it is today. That doesn’t just mean going back to 1979 when the Islamic Revolution took place. In fact, we have to go further back to when the Kger dynasty was ruling Iran in the 19th century and look at how the decisions the ruling class made back then still affects Iran to this very day.
Well, guess what? That’s exactly what we’re doing in our multi-part podcast that just came out today. So, if you’re someone who is interested in the history of Iran and how we got to where we are today, definitely go check it out.
