“Well, hello ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to TOCI TV. This is your global news channel. Am I a TOCI? And the Islamic Republic of Iran have received the US’s final offer and proposal. Today, we received two pieces of story from inside Iran and we had to do a lot of double-checking with our sources. One of them turned out to be fake news and that’s being shared and spread around by the New York Times. So, we’re going to expose that story and the person behind it. Don’t forget the fake news is not just coming from random accounts on social media and Tucker Carlson. It also comes from the legacy media. And of course, the second piece of news is about the armed clashes and confrontations in multiple cities in Iran between the IRGC, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, and also the Iran’s regular army, which is obviously their job is to serve the nation rather than the supreme leader. First, let’s talk about what’s happening with these armed clashes because they’ve been happening in a number of major cities in Iran. If you go to our interactive map, to the north of the country, of course, we have Tehran. And we have had a number of clashes over here. If you go to the northwest of the country in Tabriz, where the Azeris are, and essentially those who have also been fighting against the regime since the uprising started in December-January. Also in that city. At the same time, in the southern parts of Iran, where you have the Arab Iranians are based mostly near Ahvaz. We also had a couple of clashes here and finally in the city of Esfahan in the center of Iran right here. If I zoom in as well. Esfahan is of course the home to one of the couple of secret facilities but also major nuclear facilities. Natanz which is obviously from the city of Esfahan. It’s just right there. It’s not too far but it’s in the province of Esfahan the Natanz nuclear facility. So you can see a number of clashes a number of major cities.”
“The reason that it took us a few hours to double check this was because again a lot of fake news has been shared over the last few weeks few months and you have to make sure that you know you don’t just tell people random things. So this took some time. Took a few hours but we had to ensure that this has actually been happening and of course we can confirm that these armed confrontations are happening. The problem is that the lack of internet access is making it a very hard even to communicate with people in Iran and our sources. So it takes some time. Only some people have access to Starlink which still makes it very very difficult. We also had the rebels the anti-IRGC Iranians continuing to take out the regime figures. Today we can confirm that a group of armed Iranian men in a car opened fire on a regime vehicle in the city of Saravan which is in the Baluchistan province. They have managed to eliminate the third lieutenant Amir Hossein Shahraki. Of the local residents in southeastern of Iran have been carrying out multiple attacks on the regime over the last a few days and a few weeks. Of course this sort of stuff is not really getting any media coverage because it’s not in the interest of CNN or Sky News UK for example or the BBC or CBC in Canada to tell you the truth. We can see the evidence because the IRGC are holding these funerals anyway including the last one that we had but they don’t want people to know the truth about the fact that the guerrilla warfare continues inside Iran. Of course when it comes to the the nation on mass they have been told not to come out yet because obviously we’re still in the middle of war but the moment they’re all waiting millions of them are waiting the moment they are allowed to come to the street to take to the streets. They’re waiting for the final call coming from the crown prince Reza Pahlavi of course things will change.”
“For now what we are seeing is guerrilla warfare which has happened in a number of revolutions previously throughout modern history. This is how it starts. The regime gets weakened guerrilla warfare starts and then of course internal conflicts and if that goes well there’s still no guarantee of course if all this goes well then you can see people taking to the street and for the final battle and again at that point it’s still 50/50 between the Iranians and the Islamic occupiers. Nobody can guarantee which side will win at the end of this whole conflict in general anyway. Now there was an update that came out a couple of hours ago. Everybody panics on social media and don’t forget this is the whole point of the trends of foreplay. This is the foreplay phase of the conflict again during the ceasefire. We had the president of the Islamic Republic Masoud Pezeshkian and Pakistan’s interior minister who’s wearing a skirt for some reason a meeting to Why is he wearing? This is just embarrassing, guys. Meeting to discuss the US and IRGC and negotiations, the final stages. Look at him. Look at him on the left. Why are you wearing a skirt, man? But the news came out on social media that the deal is basically completed. We are only an hour or two away. A couple of hours away to have a peace deal between the IRGC and the US. And I read into this. People panicked. People read headlines and like, ‘Woah.’ You need to do the research. Don’t just read headlines. And they didn’t realize what that actually was. So, the Islamic Republic obviously sent a proposal, a counter proposal, a couple of days ago, a few days ago, three. And that was after President Trump rejected yet another offer from Tehran. Yesterday, the president gave the IRGC a couple of days. He said, ‘Maybe to the end of the week, we’re going to give you some time, and then that’s it.’ No exact timeline, obviously. They didn’t say like Friday by 10:00 p.m. And now the US has sent a final offer to Tehran. Now, the media in the Islamic Republic claim that these talks or proposals are based on the 14-point offer that the Islamic Republic came up with, the 14 bullet points, their demands that were absolutely insane.”
“Now, the United States came out shortly after that, denied that, saying that’s just nonsense, that’s not what’s happening right now. The Islamic Republic are reviewing this. They haven’t replied yet. And the Pakistanis are going around telling the media and the world, ‘Everything is done. Everything is perfectly fine. We now have peace.’ Don’t forget, even if this is actually agreed, which means that the IRGC are basically surrendering their nuclear program. This is not for example if tonight or tomorrow morning something gets announced, that’s not the end because that will be the beginning of the next phase. Even if both sides agree to the draft, even if they do, then they’re going to have to meet in person and they have 30 days. But there is still no guarantee. So the way they described it about what was it 4 hours ago, they say in about an hour or two we’re going to have the deal to completely end the war and the Americans to pay reparations. That was fake news. Now President Trump came earlier as he arrived back in DC explaining what’s happening saying if we don’t get the right answers of course it will go very quickly. We are all ready to go. Let’s go to the president.”

“The last time he said that was in February, March and then they went boom boom. Firstly, I don’t understand how the IRGC are not getting tired of President Trump playing all these games with them. It’s absolutely fascinating. They don’t have any other option. They’re completely cornered. But President Trump continues to play all these mind games and the IRGC will have to play along I guess at this point. Obviously ideally speaking you want the Islamic Republic to sign the surrender deal. It’s very difficult to see how they’re going to do that because their whole ideology is based on no submission. They just can’t submit. But if they are able to somehow get away with some sort of temporary pause then they’re going to celebrate of course. We will find out. If you’re not watching this live, if you’re watching this from a few hours from now or tomorrow the next couple of days, things is probably clearly different to how they are now. Now following this the president of the Islamic Republic Masoud Pezeshkian posted this nonsense saying Iran has consistently honored its commitments and explored every avenue to avert war. All paths remain open from outside. Forcing Iran to surrender through coercion is nothing but an illusion. Mutual respect in diplomacy is far wiser, safer and more sustainable than war. I don’t understand how the Islamic Republic decided to pick a hippie for a president. This man is not alpha and cuz he doesn’t even speak for himself or for his government or Iran in general because he’s just a puppet. But they send him out to say things because you know he can just talk gibberish for absolutely no reason. The main reason is because if they allow Ahmad Vahidi who’s actually in charge of the country, the head of the IRGC, if they allow him to speak it well if he allows himself to speak he’s going to say crazy things. He’s going to come to declare war on everybody. That’s why they say okay Mr. Vahidi you sit here, you’re still in charge, but let let this idiot talk because it sounds a little bit nicer. That’s definitely the best option for Wahedi and his completely insane leadership team as well.”
“The US Central Command also I had this statement earlier on that was released with this video saying that earlier today in the Gulf of Oman, US Marines from the 31st Marine unit boarded a MT Celestial Sea, an Iranian commercial oil tanker suspected of attempting to violate the US blockade by transiting towards an Iranian port. American forces released the vessel after searching and directing the ship’s crew to alter course. US forces continue to fully enforce the blockade and have now redirected 91 commercial ships to ensure compliance. Of course, that was the video from the reports that they have released in terms of the actual operation as well. Which is kind of interesting because because again, the legacy media are not really talking about the blockade or the the successful part of the blockade and the operation being done by the US Navy and the US Marines. It’s not in the interest of the liberal media in the West to actually show how the US had been winning. They only show the other side and the rest of it is just complete fake news.”
“So, there was this other piece of news that came out today. People who don’t understand how manipulation and propaganda works, they instantly believe whatever they see on social media or in newspapers. They just see the headline without getting into the details. So, when once this story that I’m about to tell you came out, we had to again get in touch with a lot of sources in Iran and outside as well. And then we realized also then use my own brain, common sense, then realized it’s fake news. All right, what are we talking about? This is about the former president of the Islamic Republic, the absolute crazy Ahmadinejad who used to be a tyrant as president of course. The fake news story was this. I’m going to read the actual chunk of the actual report what the story was about. On the first day of the war in Iran, the Israeli Air Force carried out a strike in the capital at the home of Ahmadinejad, the former president of the Islamic Republic which was designed to free him from his house arrest and place him in a position to take over the country following the elimination of Khamenei. That sounds like a Hollywood movie. Firstly, the man who’s absolutely crazy somehow the Israelis agreed to a plan to do a strike in a neighborhood with lots of houses around only hit target his house’s gate or door or windows maybe to get him to run away in the hope that they could then talk to him and install him as the new leader after Khamenei.”
“Already this is crazy, right? And then plans to place Ahmadinejad in power after Khamenei died those were developed by the Israelis apparently with the knowledge of coming from the US as well. The Americans knew. The plans went wrong after the strikes Apparently, they’re saying that the Americans were briefed on the matter. The New York Times verified this. Well, the New York Times reported this fake news saying that Ahmadinejad was accidentally injured when the Israelis hit the door of his house, tiny house and then also destroyed his security output post and killed several members of the IRGC who were there who are apparently holding him hostage. He then survived, but then because he was injured, he was sad about it. And the plan went wrong and we don’t know where he is and they they failed to install him as a new leader. None of this made any sense. Obviously, I checked with everybody as well inside Iran including our moles in the regime but in the government of the regimes is government part of the regime but it’s not IRGC is the government. And also basic common sense, none of this made any sense. Like the whole thing made no sense. And then they discovered who wrote this? Well, Farnaz Fassihi. Her bio says, ‘I’m a United Nations bureau chief and for the New York Times leading coverage of the organization. I also cover Iran and how countries around the world deal with conflicts in the Middle East. I am based in New York.’ That is literally the worst bio or any bio for a journalist or an author. What is this? ‘I am based in New York. I like ice cream like Joe Biden.’ In case you don’t know Farnaz, she is pro-regime in Iran and she is a very much against the Iranian the current Iranian revolution that’s ongoing the uprising. She is very much against the Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi and people like her have been trying their best to sabotage the return of Reza Pahlavi to Iran. So, even if that means that they have to write fake news about an absolute anti-Semitic nutter Ahmadinejad who who is so anti-Semitic. He also went to a university in New York What was it? NYU? One of the universities when he was president. He stood up on stage as president of the Islamic Republic and said, ‘There are no gay people in Iran.’ I was like, ‘Have you met Mostafa Khomeini, darling? Half of the IRGC and the the mullahs are gay.’ But, he’s anti-Semitic and somehow the Israeli intelligence thought it would be a good idea to pick the most anti-Jew crazy person. None of this made any sense. And obviously there’s a lot of weird stuff happening, but people believe this, which is which is funny, but it’s also sad, of course.”
“Now, President Trump also said earlier on when he was making his speech that the only question right now is, ‘Do we have to go in now to finish it up or just wait for them to sign a document?’ Obviously he’s still playing his games. Let’s go to the president.”

Anyway, we now have also, following all this fake news and propaganda that the war is already ended, there is peace between the Islamic Republic and the US after 47 years, apparently, according to Axios and all the other media outlets, the head of the National Security in the Islamic Republic, Ebrahim Azizi, posted this nonsense. ‘Iran’s experience is indicative of America’s inherent and perpetual bad faith. Therefore, we are prepared for every scenario. Even now, despite the severe media blackout, the American people know how much cost and damage their government has imposed on them. The world has felt Iran’s astonishing power. Though many more wonders what remain.’ Hang on. Wait, wait. The man whose regime was part of a regime that is currently doing an internet blackout, communication blackout, and for the past 47 years media blackout. There’s no free press or free media in Iran. Is accusing the United States of America as a country of doing a media blackout. In case you don’t know, since the February March when the strikes started again, almost every single major media outlet have been defending and supporting the regime in Iran and attacking the Trump administration. I’m not sure what media blackout he’s talking about, the guy who is doing a media and internet blackout in Iran. But apparently the Americans don’t know what’s happening. Seems like considering that a lot of Democrats believe that the Islamic Republic are winning. What else do you want? Also, astonishing power. Really? How is the blockade going with your little tiny fast boats? It’s so embarrassing. The whole thing is embarrassing.”
“Now, if you don’t know, while the media are saying that there is peace again after 47 years, apparently any any moment within the next hour or so, 4 hours ago, the Islamic Republic obviously recently set up this new body, which is called the Persian Gulf Strait Management Authority, or PGSMA. Pujisma. They created that and today, after all the news reports that came out, they have published this important statement with some nice drawings on the map. This is what they’ve posted. So, you can see over there at the top is Iran. Then underneath you got the Persian Gulf. To the right you got the Gulf of Oman and in the middle you got the Strait of Hormuz, the blue section. This is the statement. The Islamic Republic of Iran has defined the boundaries of the supervision area for the management of the Strait of Hormuz as follows. Oh, hello. The line connecting Mount Kūh-e Mubarak in Iran and the south of Fujairah in the United Arab Emirates to the east of the strait with a line connecting the end of Qeshm Island in Iran and Umm al-Quwain in the United Arab Emirates to the west of strait. Wow, okay. Passage through this area via the Strait of Hormuz requires coordination with the waterway management authority in the Persian Gulf and obtaining permission from this institution. So, they’ve created an invisible body. So, because obviously they’re doing a tiny blockade from their side with speedboats and they basically say if you cross the Strait of Hormuz to leave the Persian Gulf, we will just shoot at you and they do that. And then the Americans have the other side, the Gulf of Oman. They won’t let anybody go in unless they’re just going to Arab ports. The Persian Gulf Strait Management Authority or PGSMO. They are just a name. But somehow they have already decided to create a new constitution for the Persian Gulf saying, ‘As of now, this is the line. We’re in charge.’ So, your line goes beyond where the Americans are based. How are you going to enforce this? At the same time when Axios and CNN are saying we have we now basically have peace between the Islamic Republic and the US since ’79, this is happening. I can’t take any of this seriously, obviously.”
