Young Adventurer Wandering In The Woods Finds An Alien
okono lived in the small village of uville in the heart of the thick forests of Nigeria he was a brave 18-year-old boy who loved Adventure more than anything his favorite thing in the world was going deep into the lush green forests to discover new plants animals rivers and valleys that most people in his village never saw most kids his age were scared of the forests they had heard too many scary stories about getting lost dangerous snakes and evil spirits that lived among the ancient trees but not okono he felt more at home trekking
through the Tangled bushes and Vines than walking the dirt roads of his village one morning okono set out on another adventure carrying just a small bag of food and water he told his parents he would be back before dark as he always did did his plan was to go to the very center of the forest a place he had never been before after walking for a few hours okono came to a clearing he had never seen before strange colorful plants sprouted from the ground in weird formations he stopped to inspect them more closely that’s when he noticed some of
the foliage looked burned and broken what could have caused this he Wonder Ed looking up okono jumped back in shock there sitting in the middle of the small clearing was a massive silver metal object unlike anything he had ever seen before it was shaped like a rounded cylinder with fins protruding from the sides Scorch marks surrounded the area where it had apparently crashed into the ground okon quo’s heart started beating rapidly in his chest he couldn’t believe his eyes what was this strange metal thing and where did
it come from he had explored these forests his whole life and never saw anything like this before mastering his courage okono slowly approached the strange metal object up close it was even more bizarre looking it seemed to be made of an ultra smooth material that was slightly warm to the touch and gently humming sudden suddenly a small door on the side of the cylinder slid open okono jumped back terrified of what might come out he reached for a thick Fallen branch on the ground to defend himself out stepped a
creature unlike anything okono could have possibly imagined it looked human in shape with two arms two legs and an upright stance but its features were anything but human it had bright blue skin large oval eyes eyes that seemed to glow and tentacle like appendages protruding from its bald head it was dressed in a skintight silver suit with small blinking lights all over it the creature looked around in a days grimacing in pain and grabbing at one of its tentacles which was badly burned okono couldn’t believe his eyes his
heart raced faster than it ever had before in his life he stayed frozen in place terrified and unable to move as the creature noticed him and started approaching do not be afraid young one it said in perfect English but in a strangely calm and robotic tone I mean you no harm were what are you okono managed to stammer out shakily holding up the Fallen Branch pointed toward the creature I am called Zora I am what you you might refer to as an alien being it replied calmly okono couldn’t believe what he was hearing an alien like the ones from
those American science fiction movies he loved watching but those were just madeup stories they couldn’t actually be real could they but but where did you come from he asked struggling to make sense of what he was seeing and how did you get here I am from from a planet light years away called zendon the alien answered I was forced to flee my home world when war broke out with another civilization hellbent on our total Destruction they Unleashed a devastating attack that wiped out my entire city I narrowly escaped in my personal
Starcraft before the entire planet was destroyed I’ve been traveling at light speed for many cycles searching for a hospitable world call my new home unfortunately my Craft’s navigation system was heavily damaged by laser fire and I ended up crashing here on your world okono took it all in utterly dumbfounded his mind raced trying to make sense of it all aliens other planets laser battles in space it was too much so you mean to tell me you flew here in that metal thing from another planet that’s light years away how is
that even possible I understand your confusion Zora said reassuringly space travel and other worlds are new Concepts for the people of your civilization but I can assure you it is quite real you see we have developed technology over many thousands of cycles that allows us to travel vast distances and explore the far reaches of the universe okono just stared at the alien unable to fully believe what he was hearing but what are you going to do now he asked your spacecraft seems badly damaged from the crash how will you get off our
planet an excellent question Zora replied looking worried my craft is indeed heavily damaged perhaps Beyond repair I’ll need to assess the full extent of the issues and see if I have enough spare parts and resources in my personal repair kits to get it operational again if not I may be stranded here on your world for quite some time well you’d better hope you can fix your ship okono said because if people from my Village or the other Villages around here see you walking around looking like well an alien they’ll chase

you away or worse you make a fair point Zora said we shall have to take extreme precautions to make sure your kind doesn’t spot me until I can get my craft repaired and safely depart your world would you be willing to help me and keep my presence here a secret the alien’s oval eyes looked at okono pleadingly okono thought for a moment what he had just experienced was unbelievable but it was also the most amazing and or inspiring thing that had ever happened in his village or perhaps anywhere in Nigeria or the
world how could he say no yes I’ll help you however I can he answered resolutely this is an adventure I never could have imagined and I want to see it through to the end what do you need me to do first I’ll need your help Gathering food water and any resources from your world I can use to try and repair my ship Zora said and we’ll need to make sure no one ever sees me as I work even at night we’ll have to find places for me to carefully move about unseen understood okono said I know these forests like the back of my hand
so I can guide you to the most remote areas there’s an old abandoned structure deep in the forest I used to go as a kid that could be a good Hideout for you with that the alien and young human set off together beginning what would become the most thrilling adventure of their lives over the next several weeks okono helped Zora settle into his new temporary hideout in the old abandoned mud brick ruins deep in the forest thanks to the endless food and fresh water okono brought the alien was able to conserve his remaining rations
while he worked diligently each day repairing critical systems on his damaged Starcraft for his part okono spent most days scouring the forest and Villages for any scrap metal wiring or electronic components Zora could use in the extensive repair process many villagers were curious what the young man was doing carrying such odd scraps but a conquer was always an eccentric so they didn’t question him too much at night after dark when no one else dared go into the haunted Forest okona would meet up with the alien and assist him however
he could with the ship repairs Zora willingly answered all of the Curious boy’s endless questions telling him stories of his home planet their advanced technology and the horrible war that forced his Escape okono was absolutely captivated having never imagined there were other intelligent life forms and worlds out there Among the Stars for the first time he realized that the old science fiction movies he loved watching weren’t Pure Fantasy after all as the weeks went on the alien and human became very close friends United
by curiosity mutual respect and a thirst for knowledge of each other’s worlds finally one day Zora informed aono that his extensive repairs were complete his ship’s main engine and navigation systems were operational again I am deeply grateful for your help my young friend Zora said to okono without you I may have never been able to get my spacecraft working again and leave this planet I’m really going to miss you okona replied sadly this has been the greatest adventure of my life learning about your planet your technology everything has
open opened my eyes to how much is really out there and I will never forget your kindness and bravery in helping me Zora said you showed no fear at discovering I was an alien only curiosity and wonder so I guess this is goodbye then okono asked you’ll be leaving to try and find another planet for now yes Zora answered but I promise that one day when your civilization has advanced enough for space travel I will return and make official first Contact I will introduce your people to the vast Alliance of planets Across the
Universe okon quo’s eyes went wide with excitement you mean it you’ll come back I give you my solemn vow Zora said we will reunite one day and I will show your species the wonders of the cosmos the alien gave aono a warm hug which the boy returned they smiled at each other wishing they could have become friends under better circumstances zor then reboarded his repaired spacecraft okono watched in awe as the engines roared to life and the ship slowly Rose into the air blowing dust and leaves around with its powerful
thrust higher and higher it climbed until it was just a bright Speck among the clouds then in a blinding Flash the alien craft blasted off into space at incredible speeds disappearing from view okono stared up at the sky tears in his eyes but a huge smile on his face he knew his alien friend was out there somewhere Among the Stars and he vowed that no matter how long it took he would make sure his village his country and all of humanity was ready for the day they made a official contact with alien civilizations the young boy walked back
through the forest his mind racing with everything he had experienced and the endless possibilities that existed among the galaxies though he appeared just the same as any other villager okono would never again look at the night sky the same way he had been forever changed by his encounter with an alien being and couldn’t wait to one day share it with the world [Music]
