Jennifer Aniston and boyfriend Jim Curtis are celebrating a full year together, and sources reveal the ‘Morning Show’ star couldn’t be happier. A source close to the couple tells PEOPLE, “It’s a great partnership and makes Jen very happy. Jim’s a special guy. Everyone loves his energy.”

Despite Aniston’s demanding schedule — currently filming season 5 of The Morning Show — Curtis has been incredibly supportive, making the relationship feel both genuine and balanced. The insider adds, “They both have a lot going on professionally but make time for each other whenever they can. Jen’s very grateful for her life, and Jim came into it at a really good time.”

The couple first sparked dating rumors in July 2025 when spotted together in Mallorca, Spain, alongside friends Jason Bateman, Amanda Anka, and Amy Schumer. By November, Aniston made the relationship Instagram official with a heartfelt birthday post for Curtis.

Curtis, a hypnotherapist and author of The Book of Possibility, opened up on the Today show about how their friendship evolved into love: “We found out that we had mutual friends and we started to chat. It took a long time. We chatted for a long time, and we became close.”
