Speculation quickly arose online, with some suggesting he had undergone buccal fat removal, while others empathized with the pressure of maintaining a youthful look on camera. 

The 51-year-old, often called Hollywood’s busiest man, has faced scrutiny over his looks for decades. As he previously shared on Live With Kelly and Ryan in 2022, he was teased as a child for not being in the “greatest of shape,” saying, “I was teased for it, and I will always see that little boy when I look in the mirror.” He has also consulted experts to manage the issue.

An insider tells Star that Ryan is extremely mindful of his diet and exercise routine. “He’s one of the most active and fitness-focused people you could ever meet,” the source said, adding that health and fitness have always been a priority for the host.

Despite his dedication, the ongoing online chatter continues to frustrate him. “He’s sick of this topic,” the source said. “He knows there’s a ton of scrutiny over his appearance, especially regarding perceived changes in his facial features. He insists everything’s fine.”

Ryan’s statement reinforces that his health and well-being are stable, and the speculation about his appearance is purely conjecture.
