Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos brought viewers along for an unforgettable family celebration on the May 18 episode of Live With Kelly and Mark. The couple attended their nephew Alec Consuelos’ wedding in Tuscany, Italy, sharing a collection of intimate and joyful photos from the weekend.

Ripa announced, “We had a beautiful family event this weekend. The first in the next generation of Consueloses has gotten married. Our nephew, Alec, got married to his beautiful fiancée, Deanna [Taylor].”

Mark Consuelos shared the challenges of traveling from New York City to Italy for the wedding while starring in the Broadway play Fallen Angels. “I flew after my show Thursday night, landed Friday morning, went to the wedding, and then Saturday morning, I was back on a plane. I just missed a couple shows, but I was back on stage Saturday night, which was great.”

Viewers were treated to sweet snapshots, including the bride and groom sharing a kiss at the rehearsal dinner, family members posing together, and photos with the couple’s children — Michael, Lola, and Joaquin. Ripa also shared light-hearted moments, like a funny hairspray mishap with Michael during the festivities.

The wedding weekend captured not only romance but also the close-knit Consuelos family bonds. Guests enjoyed the ceremony, the reception, and plenty of laughter, as Ripa highlighted, “[It was a] great wedding. Beautiful.”

While the youngest son, Joaquin, missed some of the celebrations due to his Broadway obligations, the couple made sure to include all cherished memories of the weekend in their shared photos.
